Because global warming and / or climate change is not made by man but a natural event beyond man's control.

Because they are not stable. In order to produce electricity for a nation you have to have consistency. Solar only works in the day time. So what do you do in the night time? Store it? Not feasible at this time.

Same as wind power. It only works when the wind blows. How can you run a factory when the wind isn't blowing? You can't!

So in both of these cases you have to have fossil fuel back up. These fossil fueled generators have to come on line instantly so they have to be idled at 60% of fuel consumption. That fuel is just wasted until demand gets higher than solar or wind generation.

Germany is a classic example. They shut down nuclear plants which were proven productive and consistent. They went to wind and solar and during peak periods had to shut down industry. So now they are going back to fossil fuel. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Dumkopts!

Again you need consistency. A dam will give it. Fossil fuels will give it. Nuclear energy will give it. Because it is always there. That is what we need.

So even if GW or CC were true, theoretically the present science has no answer. They think by raising taxes will solve the problem. They think by making us feel guilty and giving up our liberties will solve the problem.

Now about the cars: They are recharged with fossil fuel. Enough said?

In many places, windmills and solar energy are not 100 percent available or reliable, meaning you still need the "old-style" power plants operating for when the wind stops or when there isn't enough sunlight. Those powerplants are thus operating LESS efficiently. Wind power is also a con, subsidizing offshore corporations with US tax credits, at the expense of the American view-shed.

Consider the number of fossil fuel-burning plants and vehicles versus the number of windmills, solar plants, and electric cars. And the former group is increasing faster than the latter.

Because Humans have no control over the Sun, Planetary mechanics or Galactic Cosmic Rays, which are the major drivers of Earth's and every other Planet's climate.

Because windmills, solar energy and electric cars add up to less than 1% of greenhouse gas emissions. The only way to "reverse" global warming would be by reducing emissions by MORE than 100% (e.g. net negative). That is why realists talk about policies to slow down (not "solve" or "eliminate" or "reverse") global warming.

JimZ is on point as usual. Using zero emissions sources for electricty- like solar, wind, and nuclear- will reduce the amount of CO2 going into the atmosphere. The only way to reverse the effects of global warming is to bring our CO2 emissions to zero and keep it there for a century or so. Anything less and you are simply slowing the rate of increase of atmospheric CO2.

Climates always change. It changed before we emitted CO2 and would change if we reduced CO2. Counteracting the effects of warming from our CO2 would require us to reduce our CO2 emissions. That hasn't happened and even if we did eliminate it so that CO2 concentrations reduced, there is no real way to know the effects of reducing it. The amount reduced by windmills, solar energy and fuel efficient cars wouldn't make a dent in the temperatures even using alarmists models. It more symbolism over substance.

The answer you will be given is that not enough people are using those alternatives. They have not replaced enough of the fossil fuel to have made a difference.

(The fact is that there is no man made global warming. So since man did not cause it, man can not undo it.)

because we still have polluent sources of energy

Becouse it can't be reversed nor stopped as what we are continually being told.
