IF cables become lose on a bridge that is developing cracks should a surveyor be called to see the extent and location of movement?

    TO AVOID ACCIDENT FROM A POSSIBLE FALLING BRIDGE AT ANY TIME , CALL POLICE DEPARTMENT, FIRE DEPARTMENT TO BLOCK THE BRIDGE TRAFFIC.

    CALLING A SURVEYOR IS NOT A WAY TO FIX TROUBLE.
