    Get a better motherboard if you’re using Ethernet or if you’re using WiFi a better pci WiFi card

    I have a new computer: Hewlett Packard Model 290-P0056. It is rated to attain speeds of 1 GBPS but I can only get 100MBPS. I had a Spectum Tech look everything over and he eliminated all other causes for the slow speed including the modem, the Wi-Fi- router, cables, etc . What's wrong? How can I attain a faster speed?
