What is a "hard working royal" and how would we know if we saw one?

Update:

Loving the bit about "working tirelessly". Presumably because they never work quite enough to get tired.

Update 2:

I see Latcho deleted his reply about hard working military royals - presumably because he/she couldn't find a riposte when I pointed out that they earn RAF wings after 8 weeks instead of the several years it takes less "hard working" military personnel.

Exploiting photo opportunities is not work. Any royal ever had a zero hours contract? turn up when needed and paid peanuts, They know nothing about "Work", nice job if you can get it.

I have read that Anne works tirelessly for the family and wisely stays out of the press.

Princess Anne seems to be the hardest working out of the lot.
