Would the royal family have been informed of the date of PrincessEugenie’s wedding months in advance, so it could be put on their calendars?

Would the Queen’s children, grandchildren, and spouses (who are all either uncles, aunts, cousins of the bride) have been given ample notice of the wedding dates so that they could make the wedding a priority on their calendars? All of these family members attended, except Camilla. Why would Camilla have been the only one of the Queen’s children, grandchildren, and spouses who could not have had enough notice for her staff to change an event to allow her to attend the wedding? As already noted, every other of the Queen’s children, grandchildren, and spouses attended. Can you offer a clear explanation of why Camilla was the only one who couldn’t adjust her calendar for the wedding? Would the event she attended instead of the wedding not have understood that a royal family wedding takes precedence, and been open to rescheduling?

Yes of course they would. These things are always very well organised and planned well in advance.

Camilla didn’t go to the ceremony because she had other commitments already planned. She and her staff and those of the Queen and The Duke of York would have held private discussions about the conflict of events as soon as the invitation was received. Maybe there is unresolved conflict between HRH The Duchess of Cornwall and the non-hrh duchess of York that they wanted to avoid

This question has been asked before. The answer is that no one here knows exactly why Camilla didn't appear at the Eugenie's wedding, because we do not know the royals. We also don't know their calendars. We don't know whether the school visit was scheduled before or after the wedding date was set. We have no way to know.

Therefore, asking such a question is rather - indeed, extremely -- pointless. We can't answer it. It's possible that this particular engagement was scheduled much earlier than Eugenie's wedding and was simply very important to Camilla. It's also possible that Charles wanted to send a message that Andrew's daughters are just not senior royals and that their weddings cannot take priority in both his and his wife's schedules.

But that's merely speculation. I don't know why you think anyone here can give you a "clear explanation," because no one can.

They all had 8 months notice but Camilla was already scheduled to attend a School Harvest festival celebration that jad been arranged the year before. I imagine as there was kids involved she didn't want to cancel. The other option is that she doesn't get on well With Eugenis mother due to her loyalty to Diana. But usyally in royalty these things don't stop them attending high profile functions so she probably legit couldn't go.
