I know you can mirror a tablet screen to a TV, but is it possible to do the other way around?
I m setting up a projector for a government agency. They want what s projected to also be sent to a tablet so those hard of seeing can have clearer text on their tablet screen as opposed to a projector screen. Is there any way to do this?

This is the same situation as a lot of people watching the same Netflix video on their individual tablets with one of them mirroring to a projector. What you need therefore is a source of digital data (live or file storage) and the software and hardware to stream it. Not a simple project.

You need to immediately hand this project over to someone who understands broadcast technology and WI Fi, - at least on the level of a cable TV installer.

It might be possible,
but you probably don't want to know how much effort you would have to put into it to make it happen.
Unless you can find a local source of in-person help,
the best thing to do is tell the "guvmint" you can't do it.
