ALL English are ethnically Germanic.
The Angles, with some Saxons, (who were from what is now Germany) took over what is now England, 2,000 years ago, thus making a (at the time) new Germanic tribe. The English. So, EVERYONE who is English is Germanic.

Do you even know what 'Germanic' means? Prince Harry is of English ethnicity (Although it's said that he's a descendant of a Croatian nobleman). English is a west-germanic ethnicity. Markle is half black, meaning Harry is more Germanic than she is.
