I'm sure she noticed, but other than pointing the body of opinion out to Theresa May at their weekly meeting and urging her to take note of it, there's very little she can do about it.

I'm sure that she HAS noticed - but it's not her role to do anything about it.
She doesn't rule or make political decisions.
