Peugeot 206 1.4 hdi, Stalling problem.?

Peugeot 206 1.4 hdi , starts when cold and when warms up it gradually stalls.

What could be a possible issue?

Could it be a blocked exhaust or cat?

Update:

I just remove the catalytic converter, started for few seconds then stalled

Update 2:

I should add that Was low on diesel , I added 10 litre of heating oil or kerosene. Car started fine absolutely no problems. But slowly slowly it started to stall.

After that was very hard to start . Even if it did it would idle for 3 Minutes then stall

FInd a thing called DIESEL PURGE from LIQUI MOLY!  Follow directions and it will CLEAN the INJECTOR PINTELS and the DIESEL PUMP! HOPEFLLY you are using the PROPER ENGINE OIL TYPES in this beasty! C:EAN the THRT OTTLE BODY with AMSOIL POWER FOAM a GREAT tool for TUNING. OPEN the T body plate WIODE OPPEN and S RUB the CRAP out of it with a toothbrush! RUN teh AMSOIL through the PCV system and POWER WASH the  engine at a DIY car wash with GUNK ORANGE original cleaner! Things will LOOK UP! >>>RE)PALCE gthe FUEL FILTER and perhaps have the FUELLINES cleaned up!

It does sound possible if car has hi miles. Solution is to disconnect the exhaust at the header which is easy to do and see if it cures it. Muffler and especially CCs become clogged. If you are lucky you can get one welded in for not too much money.

Because it uses engine oil to fire the injectors I first check the oil for thinning and then I do a pressure check on the oil rail to see if it meets spec. You'll need a gauge that can handle up to five thousand pounds pressure. You can find the pressures needed online but they should be somewhere like five thousand to start and two thousand to run.

Read the fault codes. Either get a garage to do it or buy a code reader online.

Take a look at the cat, especially the temperature.
