You could always go see a doctor and get them to refer you for a breast reduction.

Probably trolling, most likely even a guy. IF you are serious, we have a friend who had breast reduction. If you knew her you would understand why, She had two bowling balls on her chest and she's not even that big, overall.

AFAIK going topless is NOT AGAINST THE LAW. MEN do it all the time. So just say you are transgender...and they are "beer boobs"

They make bra's for this problem.

also, many transgendered girls have their breasts surgically removed.....and they don't die from the procedure when done right in a hospital.

You don't. If you need a breast reduction, it has to be done by a surgeon. You would pass out from the pain before you were done and bleed to death.

there are minimizer bras. or you could try breast reduction surgery. don't cut them off yourself...

Get a mastectomy...... probably safest way.
