What will all the people who lost their homes in the Bahamas do?

    It is not as bad as what you think, Abaco Island which was hit the the hardest only has a population of about 18,000. Over 90% of the population of The Bahamas reside on the island of New Providence which is where Nassau is located. There they only experienced tropical storm level winds.

    There will be shelters. In Puerto Rico, some of the hotels that were undamaged were used to house people whose homes had been destroyed. There will be international aid to help rebuild. Maybe, because the Bahamas do not belong to the US, they'll get more help in rebuilding. There will be a major blow to the economy from the lack of cruise ships stopping there, and the lack of tourists at the resorts. If you want to help, find a trusted organization to donate some money to.
