no but you can from consistent work investments and savings.

Never. You'll actually be poorer, since hard work makes you tired and due to stress you end up over eating and pleasuring yourself more which costs you your money. So, go figure. Work smarter and have streams of income (no matter how little). Then save, invest safely, open up a business or stay at your current job, knowing that you will be making more.

Hard work is of no use when you don't have money, no matter it's education or business.

It depends what you mean by hard work. Hard work especially manual for someone else, definitely not. Hard work building up your own business, maybe, usually if you eventually sell it on to a large company.

These days however, being a d!ckhead micro celeb on the internet is the most likely way.
