Although the Pashtuns and Balochs may be Iranic, the Punjabis and Sindhis (who dominate most of Pakistan's government) are very much Indic peoples. Not to mention the tremendous presence of Mohajirs from India.

Culture does not only have an impact on society, but it also has an impact on the development of personality, like the people of India are very opportunistic and pessimistic. In contrast, people in western countries believe less in luck and more in hard work. They are more entrepreneurial, diligent and optimistic than Indians. We often see some people and understand which society or culture this person represents. Cultural variation is the basis of variation between individuals. Bengali and Punjabi can be identified not only by looking but also on the basis of marital interactions. The development of personality always takes place in the context of a culture, hence personality cannot be separated from the influence of culture.

Pakistani culture- Recognizes the method of multiple wives within Islamic culture. Hence, the prevalence of polyandry is quite visible there.

Indian culture- Son has great importance in Indian culture, that's why people get more than one marriage for a son, and some produce a lot of daughters in the longing of a son. In this way, the social status of women is not satisfactory. Incidents of female child murders are heard every day. Women are often mistaken in family and outside the family.

So we can say that there was no similarity in Pakistani and Indian culture.

Pakistan and India both have many different cultures just as they have many different languages. The division of Pakistan and India was made on religious grounds where Pakistan is predominantly Muslim while India is predominantly Hindu. There are other religions in both countries.Because of the religious differences Pakistan in general would have a different culture from India but, as I said, there are many different cultures in both countries.
