South Africa is much, much, much worse. In South Africa, it's legal to take a white farmers land, even if they bought the land from a black African AFTER apartheid. White business owners have to split half their earnings with a black person, even if that person doesn't work there. They just have to give half of everything they make to someone who is black because it's the law.

This is what they call justice in South Africa.

I was there for the 2010 World Cup and did not experience any problems.  There are parts of Johanasburg where we were advise it wasn't safe after dark.
