A guy coughed in my face in the street on purpose and told me he had the coronavirus. I can't get a test. What should I do?

Nothing you can do now accept prevention of acceleration.  Vitamin c and garlic{anti-viral}. lots of fluids and healthy diet.  I think this is an example of why masks are still a necessary addition to the wardrobe.

Forget about the guy - unless you have evidence against him there's nothing you can do and you're only going to stress yourself out being mad at him. Take lots of Vitamin C. (2-3000 mg per day), eat healthy, drink a lot of fluids. If you start to feel sick remember just treat it like a normal flu - keep pumping the vitamins and fluids in, get lots of rest and take paracetamol or ibubrofen to make yourself more comfortable. There's no cure so all you can do is help your body fight the virus. If you don't get better after 5-7 days you could see a doctor but there's not much they can do apparently. Better to write a will, put on some clean underwear and put your faith in Jesus to save your sorry soul...

Get tested, next time pull out your phone and record.

When you get home call your local police department and let them know what happened.  Give them all the details you have and ask them what you should do.  Next I would look up the number for your local health department and give them a call.  Go over your story with them and ask them what you should do now.  Most likely they will want you to quarantine for the next 14 days and for you to call them if you start running a fever.
