How much do lower priced hotels cost in the UAE if I want to stay for 90 days?Also how much is it cost if I wanted to rent a car to drive?

I was just wondering how much lower priced hotels are in the UAE if I wanted to stay for a full 90 days. Also, how much does it cost to rent a car if I wanted to drive it during the full 90 days?

The UAE is a very expensive place to visit. There are few (if any) low priced hotels.
