Are fiat 500 abarths reliable vehicles?

Looking into buying a 2018 model with less than 5k miles. What is your experience with the abarth and it’s reliability?

Wow! The Abarth is an awesome looking little car and they are really fun to drive. One of my buddies let me use his for a weekend a few years back. I never stopped smiling while driving it.  And that exhaust note....Ooooooh man! However, it's a Fiat, so it has mediocre build quality and reliability. The one you're looking at might be okay for a while. It's still a pretty new car, but they aren't known for being reliable in the long run. It saddens me, because it's a really awesome looking little car.By the way, it has been discontinued for sale in the US, just in case you live here in the US. You Tube car guru, Doug Demuro did a video on one. Check it out below:

Fiat = Fix It Again Tony. I'd never consider one, myself. Draw your own conclusion.

Honda produces about 5 million vehicles a year.

Fiat produces about 5 million vehicles a year.

Fiat could NOT sell  5 million vehicles a year if their vehicles were not reliable.
