Republicans, what do you consider "reform" outside of reversing progress that you don't agree with? What would you change, not reverse?
I'm interested to know which areas in life would you add to, not reverse to a previous, less regulated state? Beyond reversing progress that Democrats add to the world, what do you consider progress?
I would be interested to know what areas you would change, not deregulate. What would you add to the world that didn't exist before?

I accounted for the "semantic problem" in the question, "outside of reversing progress that you don't agree with"; I know that progress is viewed differently by disparate groups. However, only reversing what others add isn't progress; it's keeping the status quo.
Do Conservatives have no definition of progress outside preventing other groups from adding to the world? "Less is more" is unsustainable without adding to it since life develops. They would add nothing new?

There is a semantic problem here. What you may have in mind as "progress", Republicans, more specifically Christians, may consider destructive wickedness. Abortion and overly generous welfare are two prime examples. They are very destructive. Consequently, some things need to be reversed. As to "adding" things, the conservative viewpoint is that "less is more". Less government. Less nanny state. Less government intrusion into people's lives. More personal freedom.
What needs to be added? More rules? More regulations? More restrictions on personal freedom? Freedom is what brings about advancements in medicine and technology. Political and social progressivism inhibits those things that bring about improvements in living standards. Progressivism is the womb for the violence of ANTIFA and BLM, the cancel culture, and fear of expressing oneself.
