Do you think a nissan with a manual transmission is a good car?

If it has the 6 cylinder motor it may be trouble and expensive to keep running. Those motors have a common problem with timing chains and ignition coils. Check the oil level on the dipstick and color of the oil. If it's low and the oil is black it means the previous owner didn't change the oil on time and the timing chain is likely worn out.

I would first check the blue book value on the car. I would also look under the hood and look under the car for any visable fluid leaks. I would also look for any service records on the car, you would want to know if the car has been serviced regularly. 

As long as you keep up with maintenance it should be a nice car to own

The only Nissan I’d like is a GTR which is semi- automatic.

You did not mention which model of Nissan it is , not the year.   Makes quite a difference

130,000 miles isnt a lot. I had a Nissan maxima that lasted until 240k. 5000 is a bit high of a price though

Nissan doesn't enjoy the reputation it once earned - engines, especially, aren't as durable as they should be and at 130,000 miles you would be a high-stakes gambler.

Too many miles and the price is too high.  Don't buy.

That's too many miles = a money pit.
