Why does the reader get the field to answer when the anon asker has blocked them?

Because Yahoo's coders did a poor job coding when the Anon feature was created, and no one has bothered to do a permanent fix for that issue. That's one reason why some users skip over all questions posted by Anons. 

Yahoo does not have it Set for Anonymous Users to Automatically Detect when someone that they have Blocked is trying to Answer there Question 

Its Kinda Complicated Because its a Anonymous User and more then 1 person uses the Feature that adds Complications to It 

ree, it's simply lazy programming. It would be easy to make it so that a blocked person gets a pop up saying "Asker has you blocked, so you cannot answer" instead of a text box where you waste time giving a good detailed answer that won't post.

But they don't, because they don't care enough to bother.

I think the anon option is sufficiently given to counter productivity. The anonymity of the computer keyboard already lends itself to rude behavior. Replacing one's YA identity w/ anon compounds this. 

The only reason I use anon is I'm about to respectfully disagree w/ the asker. I don't want them over reacting w/ a block because I told them what they don't want to hear. That opens the possibility for me to get blocked which in turn facilitates the results described above.

I don't care about getting blocked ... I care about the anon asker that includes a field for me to answer that won't post. 

I've answered something intentionally incomplete to see if it posts checking for the block. When it posts, I complete the answer and it's already TDd ... wtf? I might TD something like that too because the answer is obviously fragmented or lacking important details.

Just eliminate the field for the reader f/ a blocked asker like the identified ones ... what's so hard about this?

In fact, if someone blocks me, I don't care if I see anything f/ them.
