Trump just tweeted about Biden he said "He Won" end quote. Isn't the confusion over now?

Update:

That moment of honesty was fleeting. AP said he walked it back. Truth is Trump lost by 5 million votes, Trump needs to grow some, be a man!

    The confusion has been over for over a week, it is only Trump who has been in denial  along with the Trumptards who can't accept the truth.

    Trump said "He won" about Biden, but then explained what he meant in the next sentences, but of course you failed to mention that like a good liberal. Fake News!
