You do NOT want a brand NEW BMW>>they are WAY TOO expensive! but a good USED ONE by TEN YEARS will STILL be as good as SHOWROOM if it was CARED FOR correctly! GOOD LUCK and HUNT on CARS.com and AUTOLIST! They will KEEP TRACK of the cars you LIKE or WANT for you! with LOW interest rate4s like 2.9 $! I paid CASH for my BENZ C280! FABULOUS car with a PERFECT FINISH>>no SCRATCHES>> no DENTS>> than a dam n SHOP stole it! NO INSURANCE DAMN! TODAY there is an AUDI Q7 for only $4995 in VA! WHY would a car dealership know that a person has a "DACA permit"?  Was the person trying to use it as identification?? 

He's more interested in having a fancy car than being a citizen? 

Tell him to go back where he came from.  He obviously can afford to. 

Does he have a driver's license? 

Does he have ANY kind of official identification?

Nonsense. They will sell a vehicle to anyone who qualifies for financing or is paying cash.

They may have been denied a loan on that basis, but thats not a reason for a dealer to not sell a car. 

Citizenship is irrelevant when buying a car in the USA.  Where I live, you are not going to be able to get a driving license or register a car without proof of legal residency.  There has to be more to the story you were told.    

There is not citizen requirement for buying anything in the U.S..

BMW dealers, rich people, Trump supporters, will deny legal or illegal non-citizens.  Because of they are racist bigots.
