If electric deregulation is supposed to be so good for Texas why do 22 states have cheaper average rates per kw?

    in terms of sustainability and costs for the people. long-term  it isn't good for texas. i don't want to give a list of reasons, but its pretty obvious common sense if you have any lick of knowledge about energy and sustainability. 

    its good for people who own or manage energy companies and want to profit off of deregulation, since higher energy bills means more profit. 

    but at the same time, your greedy needy for profit will devastate the people and the environment

    Seeing how Texas is the seat of our oil production shouldn't they be the cheapest? Thank Republicans for that.
