You don't have to be a millionaire, but it does take money, and a money management plan when caring for horses. First, I agree with zephanie666 answer. I have several horses that I can't always give 100 percent of my love and time too due to other life obligations. I have 4 stable hands who help me aid in all types of care, exercising and other responsibilities. They also take care of my stables. I feel much better knowing that they have the human touch, which is a much more pleasant and friendly approach. The horses enjoy the special interaction too. My stable hands are full time 24/7 during the winter season, and part time other seasons. I live in New York and it's a must during the winter. Depending on your needs you could hire on a as need basis.

Second, if the above recommendation is not an option,  then I suggest that you look into a EuroXciser instead.

    Good luck!

How bout you just hire someone to come and feed several times a day.  That has the advantage of more eyes on your horse, looking for issues like injuries and colic, and the advantage of extra socialization time for the horse.

Much better than a mechanical thing that can hurt (and be hurt by) the horse.
