Mechanic help Toyota Hilux?

Question

I have a 2011 Toyota Hilux SR5. 
About a week ago 3 lights on the dash light up and wont go away. One is the ABS, one is the traction control and the other is the VSA light which is flashing. 
We have taken it to an auto electrician who thought it was the speed sensor but when he replaced it the lights did not go away. 
We then took it to the dealer who says he also thinks it may be the speed sensors as the ones we have are not genuine Toyota parts but he isn't sure if that's the issue and he wants $800 to replace them.
The car appears to be driving ok apart from the flashing lights. 
Hoping someone may have an idea of how to fix it.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery   waiting one minute then reconnect the battery . This will reset the computer

I found that removing the gas cap and putting it back on good & tight got rid of sensor lights.  My car was 6 hours old from being newly purchased.  I did not add gas; I just took off the gas cap and screwed the same one back on till it clicked.  The warning lights disappeared.   I don't care WHY.   13 YEARS AGO and it "never showed up again".

Hell of a lot cheaper than $800.00 & faster too.  Then pop hood first and check oil level and make sure it is right & coolant is in reservoirs    THEN start car and see WHAT HAPPENS.

At worst, you did not fix it.

I Googled VSA "because I can't know what every abbreviation means and got it for Honda".  I just read each site preamble and I got the impression that when a sensor went off 3 lights went off to grab you attention.

ABS, traction control and VSA are ALL THE SAME THING- basically.
If the tire size or air pressure is different from one side to another, the car senses that and warns you.?  Which is kind of a useless warning. You don't care. But the car does.

That is why I said check the engine oil level and the coolant level and the brake level(just look) If all are good then you are good with the important stuff.  The other stuff is EXCESS BLING.

50+ year mechanic...so from the days when oil pressure, engine temperature & low brake fluid was the only warning lights we ever had to worry about.
They still matter the most.

Why are your mechanics "thinking" aka guessing and not troubleshooting?  Go to a mechanic with a dealer level scanner to read the ABS codes.  Could be bad sensors, bad reluctors or bad wheel sensor wiring.  Or worn tires.  Good luck.

You need a scan tool that can read ABS codes. One of your wheel speed sensors is likely the problem.
