    I don't want people to fear me I enjoy being loved however I don't want people to take my kindness for weakness

    It's a matter of taste.  Personally, I'd rather be loved, since that's sustaining.  Being feared is not...being feared is how you HOLD ONTO whatever you find sustaining.  Being feared doesn't sustain you in and of itself.  (But it DOES surround you with potential enemies.)  I'd opt for the more direct route.
