Is there anything more pathetic and shallow  than America's obsession with the British ''Royal'' family ?

And if we didn't pay attention to what is going on in the rest of the world, you'd still call us pathetic and shallow.

I find "British" jealousy of America more shallow and pathetic. It shows up as criticisms of the way  Americans do things.
