In USA Do u ever notice when u speck to someone like sales ,receptionist they seem to hurry on u  IDK why?? Mabye I’m guessing fast life?

It's a fundamental lack of skill and training on their part, and inability to handle stress.

I was in outside sales & management for many years and the fast talkers weren't sucessful for long. Sometimes they could be trained out of it, but other times not.

Is it possible that because you speak gibberish , they just want rid of you?

Their job performance and efficiency  is evaluated every month to every 3 months. They can be laid off or fired for being inefficient and unproductive. 

maybe they don't like speaking to you?

I was born in the US, and was stationed or worked in 6 other countries. 

Customer service is not what it used to be. Anywhere.
