How do I get rid of an annoying rooster without getting in trouble?

One day a baby chick showed up in my backyard because there is a farm nearby. My mom decided to keep it. The chick is now a huge fat rooster. My mom keeps him IN THE HOUSE. He is so annoying and aggressive he attacks anyone that goes near him so he is never allowed out of his cage. He also crows at night in between the hours of 4 am to 6 am. I can not take this anymore. I need to get rid of him. Please tell me how. Oh also my mom bought him a gf chicken so i need to get rid of her too.

Get rid of HER? Which "her" are you referring to? The one who lays eggs or the one who cooks them? Have you tried closing your bedroom door and attaching soundproofing to it? Wearing earplugs at night? Putting a quilt over the cage at night?

BTW, it is easy to break an overly-aggressive rooster of being a pest. I used a square foot or two of netting. When he attacked, I put the netting between us. His claws got tangled and he went over backwards. I never had to repeat the lesson.

It's your Mom's pet, you have no say in the matter.

Sounds like your mother is pretty attached to him, I doubt if he goes missing she'll be happy. So you could see if that farm wants their missing chick back, but when your mom finds out, she'll be pissed.
