Can I stay in the dominican republic more than 30 days? ?
Ok, so this is my situation:
I am a born dominican with a dutch passport and raised in Miami, Florida and in Hamburg, Germany. I haven't been in the Dominican Republic for more than 10 years, meaning that I lost my dominican nationality. I have now a dutch nationality.
So my question is: Since I don't have the dominican nationality anymore, will I need a visa to travel to the Dominican Republic as a born dominican and tourist?

The Dominican Republic offers birthright citizenship unless your parents were diplomats or illegal aliens. If you obtained citizenship at birth then unless you formally renounced it you are still a citizen of the Dominican Republic. Just get a DR passport before going there.
You only lose citizenship by being away for 10 years if you were a > naturalized < citizen of the DR.
