    I know twin sisters who don't look like at all, one is skinny and one is fat, their face looks different from each other too. So yes I know twin brother and sister who are opposite of each other from skin color to gender to everything literally lol so yes twins are different people, sometimes they look alike

    Very possible.  Even if they are identical twins with the exact same diet and exercise.
