What are the reasons guys go to Amsterdam for vacation? Is there something or stuff there to do that’s wild like sex,party,drugs all that?

Some foreigners think that Amsterdam is its own jurisdiction in which prostitution and cannabis (weed, pot, ganja , haschisch) are legal.

the reality is that those things are available to tourists in most other parts of the netherlands too.

There are some nice musea in Amsterdam though, and loads of tourists. In fact, some places dozens of miles away from Amsterdam are advertised as if they were part of Amsterdam, in an attempt to spread the tourists

It is a culturally interesting city.
