the big difference is confirmed registration and invitation to many
the anonymous feature allows for opening thinking and blunt comments but that leads TO STUPID HORDES as well

Reddit... but Reddit is weird and really strict.
Your ability to both comment and ask are based on how long you've been a member and it's weird because one can't really build up a rhythm if they're already limited... even if they're willing to provide the input at a greater and/or even more useful rate than other more casual users.

There are plenty of others, but none that allow the level of trolling that yahoo did.
