I heard an audible radio sound and brief talking with static. I have no radios in my house and there was no one as I was home alone ?
It happened as I was in the hallway of my house heading to my kitchen. I couldn't make up what the talking was as it sounded garbled and mixed with static noise. All the TVs and electronic devices were off. All my windows were shut and I live in a quiet neighborhood. When I heard the noise I checked all the rooms and they were empty. I'm getting chills talking about this. What could it have been?

Undoubtedly you suffer from Tinnitus? It's a disease due to the cochlea of the ear, deformed, sometimes hears noises of various kinds, with surgery, you'll see that you won't hear it anymore.
That said, spirits do exist, and given your question, there is NO entity out there, an expert on demon spirits confirms this to you.

You may have heard something else completely, but your pattern seeking brain thought it was radio sound. Because that's what brains do. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareidolia
Edit; EG did you even read the first line in my link? You're a jackass; never heard of pareidolia until I mentioned it, and never could get a handle on any scientific concept.

It was probably from next door or maybe even a megaphone. If you are in England at this time of year there will be a lot of "vote for this one or that one" from cars with loud hailers on the roof.
EDIT, Lil Gary still has no idea as to what pareidolia is. so you can dismiss that silly comment. If it is not already known, your brain can not change a sound to something you don't know. It can't make a sound seem like a voice saying "hello, pleased to meet you" in Martian if you don't know what Martian sounds like. You heard talking, not a single word, so that again is not pareidolia. Would you believe it, he had to go to the internet again to double check?
