Well, I don't get the letters any longer that I do. However, I use/pay more for gas heating than every other house on my street, so I've been informed. What's confusing is that I rent, and most others own entire floors while I rent half a floor.

Trespassing and reading your neighbors electric meters without their consent isn't very smart or recommend.
Maybe you will get caught in the act.
