None that I am aware of......... his only wife suffered a miscarriage and he was a sort of step-father to Stephanie Seymours son during their relationship,  that ended briefly after they got engaged......but she dated him long enough to appear in several of his videos   , most notably "November Rain".

No, he doesn't. The closest he had to having children was during his brief marriage to Erin Everly in the early 1990s. She had a miscarriage during the marriage.
