If you could Post a pix of the battery. we might guess at it. A batt with six cell covers = 12volts. Most have voltage/Ahrs on one side.

Even if we get  A/hrs wrong, if a 12v battery; a 2 amp trickle won't overcharge it. I think  most use a AGM glass  mat type, not wet cell; so no acid splashing.

As far as end/terminals go; you can always use battery clamps off an old set of jumpers. Small 12 volt wall cubes and chargers, even laptop chargers, abound at thrift stores for  about $2 each. If handy with a solder iron, the correct connector , even off the wrong voltage 'cube, can then easily be adapted to the correct charger.

Watch Polarity!  Even if you guess wrong on conn. size; you are only then out $2. Buy several if uncertain. Donate  the ones that won't fit.  back. Get ones that say they put out 1 amp or so; more than 1,000  mA. If over 12 volts; might need to use two; one on each battery. Hassle But cheaper than $49-$100 or so for  factory specific  charger..

If Given to you,   good chance one or more batteries sulfated, wont recharge, any way. Post a pic, Borrow a voltmeter, open saddle, take off that  cover.   If room, those garden tractor batteries  are beefy, and a bargain. At The "Zone and  Batteries Plus. A bad battery can be charged a  week, but still not show full voltage Or will drop sharply on load.

I was offered a Hybrid, free, batteries shot, they were $$ and Hi Voltage, Nothing to Toy with.

There are three common battery types: lead-acid (wet), absorptive glass mat, and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4). The wet and AGM batteries use a standard battery charger. The lithiums use a special charger. Look at whatcha got. Wet batteries must have de-ionized (distilled) water added as needed. They die if allowed to run dry. Get a digital multimeter (DMM). The fully-charged voltages are wet 12.6 volts; AGM 12.9 volts; Lithium 13.6 volts. Old  batteries that won't fully charge should be recycled and replaced.

There are probably specifications printed on the side of the battery.

Most scooters use 12 volt batteries so you can simply use a car trickle charger connected directly to the battery

Where the charger plugs in, it should tell you how many volts .  If you can find a charger with the right end on it, and the right voltage , all should be well.  Try Good Will or some such place.  They probably have 100's of them ...cheap.
