The radiation from a cell phone or tablets can stunt the growth of your children's brain development.  You'd be smart to keep electronics away from your children.

Depends on the family. If the child is anything like I was when I was 10 years old, I would have gotten one at 8 years old. Problem is, today most 16 year olds could not have traveled by train or plane alone as I did when I was 8, so those children should not have a phone, let alone be out of sight of their parents, so no need of a phone for them.

NEVER, parents that provide juveniles phones are merely giving predators 24 hour access to their child.

And they WILL be talking and texting with pedophiles, perverts, and criminals.

YOU are 100% legally responsible for what happens to your child and for what they do and if buy them a phone and come to harm or cause harm to others, YOU will be going to prison.

ANY parent that gives a child a phone is in FACT a lousy parent that is guilty of child abuse and neglect.
