100% overrated. When Mel Kiper calls him "once in a decade player" you know he's a BUST.

TEs drafted in the 1st round are almost always busts. The best TEs in the NFL currently were drafted in the later rounds: Zach Ertz (2nd round), Travis Kelce (3rd round) and George Kittle (5th round).

He was a unanimous all-American and won the John Mackey award. I don't recall much media hype. Good player who isn't talked about much =/= overrated.
Kiper is evaluating prospects and projecting them to the next level. That's not really the same thing as rating them as college players.
You can't really call someone a bust until they've been drafted at least because you'd have to know where they're drafted.
