    Any DIY and Builders or Plumbers will sell toilets and also parts such as U-bends and toilet seats. They will also sell bidets for washing your hole which is better for the environment than toilet paper and by the way if you got some poops on your hands you wouldn't just wipe them with a piece of paper spreading the poop over your hands you'd wash the poop off with water.
