    Hi Robert.  Teens with sex dreams is very common and nothing to worry about.  Teens and even people in their early 20's are on overload with hormones.  And hormones cause all kinds of things to happen to you, your body, emotions, feelings, dreams,  body changes, attraction to the opposite sex, or the same sex, etc.  There really is no end to the effects of hormones on human beings as they grow up.  "Google" Hormones, and follow up with other searches, others questions, and you will get a good education.
