What do you use when you're overwhelmed with mental health?
I don't mean serious things like death of a loved one or being an Internet scam vicitim. I mean like everyday things like having to deal with toxic Co workers or being in an abusive relationship, etc.
And I know some people also over train at the gym which will cause mental health issues until they take a break from their workout intensity.
I use herbal multivitamins and cross trainer exercise machine and they work absolutely well.
