who makes a 7.5 ohm resistor?

    The easiest approach would be to use two 15 Ohm resistors in parallel - they would be much easier to get as it's a standard value, and two in parallel gives twice the power rating.

    You can get those from Digikey, Mouser, Newark, Farnell, RS Components and many other places.
