Could this be fake pregnancy?

I'm still not sure what you're asking, but...

1. Yes, women routinely misinterpret normal fluctuations in their bodies as pregnancy symptoms.

2. Yes, women can worry so much that their periods are delayed even though they aren't pregnant.

3. Yes, many "symptoms" women think are related to early pregnancy are, in fact, due to hormonal birth control or their normal hormonal changes prior to their periods. 

4. Yes, women can be so traumatized by an unwanted pregnancy that they think they are pregnant even when there is no real evidence to suggest that they are.

5. While very, very unlikely, it is possible for a woman to get pregnant even on brith control.  

I would strongly encourage you to get some counseling to deal with your feels and fears.  You can't be enjoying sex that much if you're constantly thinking you'll get pregnant or that you are pregnant.  That's no way to live.  

Fake means that you're pretending to be pregnant. That isn't the same as thinking that you are.  

The chance of getting pregnant while taking birth control and using condoms is almost zero. A bloated tummy and sore boobs are not pregnancy symptoms. They could be caused by the birth control or other things.  

Your gyno should explain it to you. If they don't then ask. That's what you're paying them for.
