Yesterday i wake up suddenly but i could not move at all and i felt someone to be on me and he touched my hands....what was that?
I know this is called sleep paralysis but i felt someone to touch my hands and my body and i felt him to move on me

That is called dreams and imagination, feeling that some 'being' is on top of you is a common illusion when experiencing sleep paralysis.
