How would I transfer Facebook there with out Facebook thinks it’s suspicious activity? I won’t be using this device no more, How?

Facebook won't care. You can literally sign into Facebook on any device and it just won't care. Be sure to wipe your old Ipad ANd remove it from the list of devices in your Apple Account.
