  • Tumblr Savior messes up my dashboard. How do I fix that?

So I installed Tumblr Savior to blacklist tags, and when I got it all set up I went to Tumblr and my dashboard was freaking out. When I go to dashboard, it will show the people I follow's posts for like 2 seconds then suddenly change to just things I've posted and notes on my posts. Like if I were to push my blog button right next to "Dashboard" on the top. How do I get Tumblr Savior to work but still be able to view the dashboard normally? I use Google Chrome, if that helps.

  • What political tension would the Occupy Wall Street protests fall under?

For a group project we have to pick a political issue and explain how it reflects a tension we've talked about in class. The tensions we can choose from are:

    Freedom vs. Order

    Loyalty vs. Dissent

    Local Government vs. Central Authority

Government Control vs. Governmental Energy (giving the government enough power to get the job done but not enough that it would get out of control)

We picked Occupy Wall Street because its a big topic right now, but we're not sure which tension it would fall under. If you could just give me your opinion of what tension it would go with and why, like how it reflects both sides of the tension, that would great. Thank you!

  • Based on ACT score, how do I know which generals I won't have to take in college?

I'll be starting at BYU-Idaho in the fall as a freshman. I got a 31 on my ACT, and someone told me that qualifies me to not have to take some of the basic general education classes. How do I find out which of those classes I dont have to take before I sign up for classes?

  • Need a topic for my research paper!?

So for my college English class we have to come up with a topic for our research paper soon. It must be specific, relevant, and argumentative. Meaning it has to deal with a relatively recent issue. I want a topic that actually interests me, so sticking in the realm of music or media would be nice. All suggestions are appreciated!

  • How do I figure out what classes I don't have to take based on my ACT score? (BYU-Idaho)?

Someone told me that because I got a 31 on my ACT, which is high above the average at BYU-I, that that automatically excuses me from taking some of the basic general ed courses. I was just wondering if thats true and if so how do I find out which classes I don't need?

  • I need some honest opinions and helpful feedback of my music?

I write my own songs and have recently recorded some. I would really appreciate it if you guys would go to http://www.myspace.com/amanduhjaymusic or http://www.youtube.com/amanduhjaymusic and listen to the few that I have up and tell me what you think. Preferably some people with experience in the field of music, but all comments are welcomed and appreciated. Thank you!

  • What would be required for these careers in adoption?

I'm interested in a career in adoption, but I don't know what the exact job title would be. What is the job title for someone that runs an orphanage? Or someone that goes one on one helping match couples to a child? And what schooling would be required for either of these jobs?

  • Ideas for student activities for high school?

I'm sophomore assemblies rep. for the upcoming school year, and we're about to have student council retreat where we plan lots of the activities and assemblies for the year. At my school of about 550 students, student council organizes almost everything.

    I need ideas for...

    1. homecoming themes. last year it was "Searching the Tide for Pirate Pride"

2.ideas for class competitions. every assembly 2-3 kids from each grade compete in a short game to win the spirit stick for their grade

    3. time killers at assemblies. kids at my school have made music videos/short films, or perform as a boy band, etc.

    4. dress up days. i need really awesome original ideas, like last year we had a Salad Dressing Day, which is hard to explain but it was awesome. Decade days have been suggested. Many times. So something different please.

    Extra info...

    Mascot: Pirates

    Colors: Blue and Gold

    Rivals: Bulldogs

    Rival Color: Green
