I can feel that removed side jaw bone feels different. It more pointy. Other side is round and smooth.

Anyhow how teeth grinding is bad when I wake I feel some pain. Plus teeth are more sensitive to cold not like before. What can I do ?

I went to the dentist got this checked. No infections. healed nothing to see from outside. took an x ray. all good. teeth next the removed impacted tooth were also checked all fine. But there is dull pain around site where the tooth was removed from. next tooth also hurts a bit.  If I press around light with my fingers the hurts. 

I felt my left side compared to the right side where the tooth was removed from. left side the bone after the last tooth feel rounded and smooth. However, right side the bine is very sharp and sticks out 1.5cm towards to the cheek.

Is this normal? how can a dentist miss this out ???

Here in NHS suggest it should be 30g per day.  Is this the amount of for someone really active or someone inactive ? 

I have a office job 6 hours sitting down and 2 hours on manufacturing floor. However I exercise regularly 15km Run, 40km cycling and sometimes HIIT 25 mins.

some days I only consume 35g of sugar. but other times 40-50g. if I have a vanilla latte and a chocolate muse after dinner or Can of coke once a week.  limit overs exceeded. 

I am worried that I cant keep the 30g limit everyday. I do not have a diabetic family history. But my ethnicity is south Asian. and we do not do good with sugar ....any help advice ?  

As an electrical and electronic engineer, I currently model and carry out CAD & Calculations for electronic and electrical systems. Which involved electrical safety and protection circuits,power calculations & cable sizing, integration diagrams and manufacturing documents.

Ideally, I want to be good at programming and checking these systems (testing). Companies I have been with use VB6, .Net, C and C++ to write these codes. Machines would read out sensor signals, send signals to solenoids activate them. Basically automation?

I was thing getting a around system. Not a sound bar becusee of better sound separation. But I don't want to run wires to sub and rear speaker.

So can get a AV unit that offer wireless connections to rear speakers and sub ?

I attached the tt560 newee flash on to the camera's hot shoe. Then I saw that I can changed the shutter speed to beyond 1/200. Should not this be limited ....as the d5300 do not have high speed sync flash options. 

D200, D80 D90 ...

I don't want to spend too much money. My primary camera is d5300

Only reasons for buying an old DX camera is to use old D lenses (screw drive focus ) and also built in flash control a off camera salve flash ( using commander mode ) 

D5300 don't have these options

So from above three which one should I get ?

Lights come on. But does not start after two hours. When try to start the car dash board lights come on motor clciksnon then , dash board light go dim and nothing happens. 

Tried it after two hours and car started. But radio stations are gone from the radio memory. 

Could this be the alternator or battery?

I know I can get a flash with Slave Mode on and then use the built in flash to trigger set that off.  But this will add built in flash light to the photo too. I don't really want that.

If I want to use TTL and fire the off camera flash...what system I can get for cheap. I just need one flash. Would a Flash and radio TX & RX works here ?

I find monday to fridays breakfast is the hardest, I do not get enough as I start work at 8am. I am not hungry until like 9.30am by that time I am too busy with work. Just end up having cerels or coffee with a grain biscutts.

I am trying to be as lean as possible my body fat is at 14.5% my weight is 66kg

Hight 5 feet 7inc (167cm)When I take less than 2250 calories food I use weight. My body fat is mainly around abdomen area I would say 6% out of my total body fat. 

I want to get to about 10% range. But I find this very hard because if I cut down food I lose my body mass muscle tone. 

For now I want to reduce my body fat to about 10% only then start to put some lean muscle on ...

What is the best way to go on about this cardio HIIT or Steady state.

I do like improving my stamina. I can run about 15km none stop and do ride my cycle 60-70km when I do...

How do I imrpovey body fat count 

I stopped deep fired food. No alcohol (used to drink but stopped) only one take away food for 30 days .... Any help please 

I started running very recently.  First I did 3km , 5km , 7km my legs and feets were very sore I rested and got brand new pair of running shoes with insoles as well. I did 10km I felt much better next day. Almost no sore legs. Then I did 14km, last 2km I got really bad fatigue legs my ankles were painful so I stopped. After few ours my knee are so painful. Is this because I am new to this ? I used sprint a lot 10 years ago had no pains.

Also when I did 10k I did not use extra  in sole and after I ran there were much less pain.

Two days after I did 14km with in soles and got really bag knee pains. 

Any advice please ? 

It's around my knee caps. Outer and inner sides more than bottom of knee cap. 

I did all the stretching before and after. Does help a lot with pain. As first two times I did not warm up . But I do now 

I am looking for 70-200mm ish range.

I rented the 55-200mm VR1 version. Image sharpens was not the best.

So What other options can I look for ?

It seems like there are not mnay native Nikon zooms for DX format.

I am open to Sigma , Tamron as well

phone and laptop works fine from same room. I did speed test pc is getting like 2Mbps download upload 0.5

where as the phone gets 30Mbps upload

and the Laptop gets 10Mbps

why is this how come PC is so low... i move the pc around . I even put the pc on the desk and checked no difference

I have a drive E and Drive F.

I only ever edit the files in drive E. I want a software that make backups on to drive F.

Basically mirrors drive E onto F.

lets every Friday I want this software to run and make an exact copy of drive E to F.

I found one software but it makes new copy every week so if last week back up was taken then, I want this week back up to replace them. Just mirror the changes i made to files in E drive and made the same changes to files in F

for example lets say On drive Folder A had file B & C, I deleted file C and made file D

so when the software runs and make backups. it does the same on drive F

I do not mind if it deletes all the files on F drive then recopy files into F from E

When we look at three phase loads. Current ratings, are they usually full load total current. for example 24amp does that means 8amp on each phase.

or does it mean 24 amps but unevenly taken from all three phases. Given there is a neutral wire.

If I use phase values do I need to divied the power by 3 (1000/3) before using the formula ?

Does it matter how the three phase system is connected Star or Delta ?

My calculation was 1000/(√3x415*0.8) = 1.739 Amps is this per phase ? and therefore ... 1.74 x 3 = 5.2 Amps, so i need a 6 or 10Amp breaker is needed ?
