My computer is infected and now things got worse for me. Anything I try to download from the internet (using firefox, my IE is disabled by the virus) came up as a 0byte file even though the download is completed. Can anyone help me fix this problem? I can download programs from my friend's laptop and use a usb to transfer the files but Idk how to fix this problem. Thank you for your help

Is it just me or the main character (Merlin) looks no different than a monkey? He looks like a loser to me and really doesn't fit the roll of the young wizard. I guess this is another failure, just like " I'm a douchebag, look at me" show for NBC. What do you think?

So I didn't eat much yesterday and nothing this morning, at noon I decided to make some food and enjoy the Super Bowl show. In a period of 12 hrs (from noon till now) I've eaten an amount of food that normally would take me 2-3 days to consume and I still have the urge to eat more!!! Just now I realize how much I ate and start to get a little worried. So does eating like this can cause any harm for me? I don't feel full and can still eat more.

Btw I have an average body figure, not over or underweight.

Whenever I turn my computer to sleep (hibernation) mode, it turns off for like 3 secs and then turns back on again. Sometimes it will stay in sleep mode till I move my mouse but most of the time it just comes right back. What's the problem? I use the computer a lot so I leave it on most of the time and I don't want to leave it on or turn it off completely everytime I go to bed. Thnx for your feedback.

The link above is my computer spec (its HP Pavillion a6010n for those who dont want to click). It said I have 2 memory slots but when I open my computer, it has 4 slots (2 black, 2 blue- black then blue in order). My 2 512 MB RAM bar is on the 2 blue slot I think. Im trying to upgrade my computer RAM so I'm wondering what are the 2 black slots for?

Because from what I saw in this forum, the support for McCain was stronger before the VP nominee pick (based on how many thumbs up and down people got for saying who they support- from many questions not just one). Yet that different slowly changes and now there are definitely more Obama supporters than McCain's. So I just wonder how many people made their decision, and why?

Its an old one (probably 7 yrs ago). The main character is a boy with 3 eyes. He is just a brat with 2 eyes but if the 3rd eye is exposed (its on his forehead and is sealed with super glue X-shaped band-aid or something) he goes nuts and builds wacky/destructive machines from trash. He belongs to a race that is thought to be extinct and has a trident as his weapon. Does anyone recognize this? Thank you very much.

title says it all. I stumble upon one of his answer on Men's health and decided to take a look on his profile...... It really creep me out because most of his answers targeted young boys who have question about their sexual health, telling them to IM him to talk about it. I once received a violation notice for an answer that I wrote 1 month ago, I really don't want to wait that long to see him getting banned. God knows how many innocent/naive boys he made contact with by then.

For those who say he isn't- in his profile he wrote " I don't like High School Musical because the children are too old". wtf they are in their 18-20s and thats too old? He also mentions he loves human body, and children.....

So I'm an agnostic but I often describe myself as atheist (except in a few specific situations) because there isn't a lot of different between the two, and atheist is more commonly recognized. So my question is:

Atheists, are you ok with agnostics referring themselves as atheists but with a belief of a greater power/being or would you prefer them to be separated from you because they believe in something?

(don't bother arguing about the greater power/being because I simply believe in it, its beyond human understanding and there is no proof)

As an atheist myself, I am and will always not believe in gods. However one day this idea struck me and it has been in my head ever since.

God, Allah, Mohammed, Buddha are all but one being, a being who were seen by different people from different cultures around the world. They described and worshiped this being in their own way and eventually forming their religions. I believe in this one and only supreme being who watches over us (and we will never find out or understand, as he does not exist but he is there-if you know what I mean).

I guess you don't need my help to realize a lot of celebs have been reported being pregnant recently. I hope they realize babies aren't toys you can have today for fun then toss them tomorrow (look at Brit). Btw wtf with Jamie Lynn? At 16 and pregnant while she has her whole career laying ahead of her? Attention-seeking must be a contagious disease.

I'm curious about this because I see people complaining everyday. My one and only experience is when I was clicking on fashion sites like mad, one after another (ignoring all the warning and pops up), and it cost me $200 to buy a new XP disc cuz my windows was toasted.

I will unite Earth to one nation then start researching technologies to explore the universe then invade other races. ^_^
