MN taxes WI homestead but living in MN...help plz!?

I am doing taxes for a friend of mine and i am stumped. she lives (rents) and works in MN but owns a home in WI and claims 'homestead' (her words) in WI. she should only have to file taxes in WI due to reciprocity right? What about rent credit for living in MN and renting?

If she is renting a place in Minnesota, she is considered a Minnesota resident and will need to file a Minnesota return.

If she moved to MN last year, she would file a part-year WI return and a part year MN return. If she was in MN all year, she would file a full year MN return.
